We hold monthly meetings for presentations on a wide array of topics related to owning and/or managing investment properties. These topics include, but are not limited to: real estate law, code compliance, property maintenance tips, bookkeeping/organization, taxes, tenant issues, etc. |

As of March 1, 2008, the LoMM office will be located at 3315 S. Pennsylvania Ave. in Lansing. We are located between Mt. Hope Ave. and Cavanaugh Road on the east side of Pennsylvania. |
